This is a simple plastic Garmin Edge Mount made by SRAM.
SRAM made it with plastic for good reasons. Plastic mounts could be better than the metal mounts in some ways...
It is less likely to damage your handlebar compare to the metal mounts.
And, during crash, your Garmin is less likely to get damaged if the mount is plastic.
Also, it is a little lighter.
NOTE:
There are LONG VERSION (Road) and SHORT VERSION (MTB) of this mount.
Both can position your Garmin in front of your stem.
The SHORT VERSION can also let you position your Garmin BEHIND the handlebar. During MTB crash, this position is less likely to damage the computer.
